9)- Adhere the artificial grass edges to the base using an appropriate outdoor glue. You only get one shot to get it perfect at this point, so it helps to have a few extra hands! You may also use carpet tacks to secure the grass in place on decking.

10)- It's crucial to leave a few tiny spaces in the adhesive (about 20 mm wide) when applying it so that water can quickly drain away.

11)- Before using the artificial grass, let the glue dry as directed.

12)- Applying the sand infill is the last stage. Sand infill prevents the grass from getting too hot in the summer and helps to keep the pile's fibres upright. Just spread this out and brush against the grain with a hard brush to work it into the pile.
